Wall Tech (Wall Technology Co., Ltd.) has successfully manufactured PIR (Polyisocyanurate) insulated panel made with Biomass Balance Isocyanate, one of the important raw materials to create our premium quality PIR insulation core. Full range of our PIR insulated panel products, FIWall i380, FIRoof i380 and CREATIVEWALL, have been produced with great results of panel physical properties, fire performance and thermal insulation.
In collaboration with BASF, a chemical company, Wall Tech successfully used the Biomass Balance Isocyanate as the first case study in ASEAN for PU sandwich Panel industry. The fossil-based organic materials required for Isocyanate production can be replaced by sustainably sourced and certified renewable feedstock in the production chain.
As a result, the product carbon footprint (PCF) of the customers throughout the value chain will be significantly reduced when compared to using the regular Isocyanate based on conventional feedstock.
